Shipping and Returns

Pumpkinpatchsupplies.com processes and ships all orders within the United States.    We may accept foreign orders but we reserve the right to verify freight cost prior to accepting the order.

All orders less than a full pallet are shipped UPS -United Parcel Service ground.  All full pallet orders will be shipped via LTL Freight.  Freight will be calculated based on the weight of the items you are ordering. Once your order is placed – we will send you a price for your shipping costs.  Your credit card will not be charged until we receive approval of freight costs.

Please note:

Items such as inflatable amusements and games that exceed the cart weight will require additional charges.  In addition, orders that exceed certain length, weight or durability restrictions may require shipment via common carrier freight (truck). Additional transportation charges may apply and customers will be notified prior to shipment.

For other States UPS Next Day, 2-DAY & 3-Day Air options are available however, the shipping charges will be greater than the ground rate .  Please note this service increases your shipping time only and does not include normal processing time of 2-5 days for in stock merchandise.

For faster shipping, you may type your request in the Comments section when placing an order.  Pumpkin Patch Supplies will quote the appropriate air charges before shipping.   Upon customer approval, a separate transaction will be authorized for the freight difference along with your online order.

Orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 1-7 business days.  Non-stock items may be drop-shipped and require a processing time of up to one week or more.  In the event of a backordered item, Pumpkin Patch Supplies will attempt to contact the customer via email or telephone to inform them of the backorder status.
