All claims for shortage or damage must be made at time of delivery. Please retain all original packaging if submitting a request for replacement.
Returns Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days and authorized by Pumpkin Patch Supplies Inc. Return merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge. 35% for non-stock items.
